  4. Tracking Your Order:

    • Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  6. Shipment Issues and Lost Packages:

    • We will do our best to accommodate the address change request, but please note that we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

At iCatalyst, we strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you would like to return a product, please review the following guidelines and instructions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • Only products purchased directly from iCatalyst Health Supplements are eligible for return.

    • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email at returns@icatalysthealth.com

    • Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

    • Please include the RMA number provided by our customer support team on the return package.

  4. Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  5. Exchanges:

    • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above, and once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.

Please note:

  • iCatalyst reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • Returns received without a valid RMA number may experience processing delays or may not be processed at all.

  • For any damaged or defective products, please contact our customer support team immediately so that we can assist you accordingly.
